Our 3 apartments ‘An der Havel’ in the 1. UPPER FLOOR, 2. OG and 3. OG are perfect for a vacation for two. Enjoy with your partner, a good friend or a friend a few cozy days on the Havel. Thanks to the sleeper couch in the living room you can also enjoy your vacation on the Havel with your small family or a small group of friends.
The 80 square meters (incl. 13 sqm terrace) vacation apartments consist of a living room, bedroom , a own bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet. On your own balcony you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy the view on the beautiful Havel and the surrounding nature reserve Mittlere Havel.

Our cozy vacation apartments ‘An der Spitze’ offer 81 square meters (incl. 18 sqm terrace) for two, three or four people. Space enough for fun indoor activities in the living and dining area such as exciting community games, tricky card games or sporty workouts on the yoga mat.
The own kitchen is available for culinary evenings, a rich breakfast or a quick lunch. Relaxation brings your own balcony, from which you can admire the Havel. The bedroom and the sleeper couch in the living room also provide restful sleep, so you are fit for the next day.

On 115 square meters (incl. 13 sqm terrace) they can spend an unforgettable vacation with your extended family or a group of friends. The generously equipped balcony is perfect for long evenings – enjoy the dreamlike view on the Havel.
In 2 bedrooms and on the sleeper couch in the living room find up to 6 people place to sleep. While one of you relaxes in the bathtub , another can take a refreshing shower . The large kitchen invites you to cook and bake together – thanks to the dishwasher you are spared discussions about washing up.

On the ground floor is our vacation apartment ‘Am Steg’. The 114 square meters (incl. 20 sqm terrace) apartment consists of a living room with its own kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. The terrace with a view of the gorgeous Havel invites you to linger.
Whether with the extended family or a group of friends – ‘Am Steg’ is ideal for corporate enthusiasts who want a vacation close to the water . You only have to go a few steps out of the apartment and you are directly on the banks of the Havel. Enjoy the proximity to the water during a soothing evening walk or a boat trip on the river.

With our two penthouses ‘Weitblick’ on the 4th floor we offer vacation of the extra class: First-class equipment, a lot of space and a own sauna. You want to have a good time and do without any luxury? In our vacation apartment ‘Weitblick’ you can sleep in, admire the expanses of the Havel and the nature reserve Mittlere Havel from your terrace and let your soul dangle in the sauna or at the sun deck .
In a total of two bedrooms find up to 4 people place and two more can make themselves comfortable on the sleeper couch in the living room. So you can enjoy for six your luxurious vacation.
The spacious kitchen offers culinary cooking options, which you can feast together in the comfortable dining area or on the top-equipped balcony on the balmy summer evening.
