Are there any questions about your stay at Havel-Spitze holiday apartments open? Here the most frequently asked questions are answered. If your question is not included, please contact us via our contact form.
No, pets are not allowed. In the larger area around the Havel-Spitze holiday apartments there is no possibility of gassing.
As there are no staff around the clock, baggage cannot be temporarily stored before check-in or after check-out.
In any case, around Brandenburg an der Havel there are a lot of great bike paths. For your e-bike there is also a bike stand with sockets for charging on our property.
After booking, we will send you an access code on your smartphone, with which you have 24/7 access to the house and your apartment. This is valid for the entire duration of your stay. A key is therefore not required.
Check-in is possible from 15:00.
You should have left your apartment by 11 o’clock.
If you are going to stay more than one week, your apartment will be cleaned once a week by our staff. An additional 60 € is charged for the final cleaning.
Depending on availability, a parking space on the Havel-Spitze property can be booked for 10,- Euro per day.
The starter package includes two rolls of toilet paper.
Children’s cots can be booked for 8 € / night. High chairs are available free of charge.
50% of the total amount is due immediately after booking.
Credit card and bank transfer.
Cancellation is possible at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing. However, in the event of a cancellation at short notice (less than 4 weeks before the booked date of arrival), there is no right to a refund of the price (see our General Terms and Conditions). We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (www.reiseversicherung.de).
If you are unable to make your stay at short notice due to the pandemic or if we are not allowed to rent our apartments, we will refund 100% of your money. With us you book without risk even in Corona times!
