On the 4th floor a luxurious vacation awaits you in one of our ‘Weitblick’ penthouses. On an area of 130 sqm (incl. 35 sqm terrace) up to 6 people can enjoy luxury on the Havel. Besides the breathtaking view over the landscape, the own sauna offers you relaxation at its best.
‘Am Steg’
Make yourself comfortable on 114 sqm on the ground floor (incl. 20 sqm terrace) of Havel-Spitze. In our vacation apartment ‘Am Steg’ you are as close to the beautiful Havel river as you can get in the countryside. 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 6 people.
‘An der Havel’
On about 80 sqm (incl. 13 sqm terrace) you will find in the 2-room apartment everything you need for a vacation for two. There is room for your children or friends on the sofa bed in the living room – so our Havel-Spitze vacation apartment ‘An der Havel’ can accommodate up to 4 people.
‘An der Spitze’
Whether for two, three or four – our vacation apartments ‘An der Spitze’ offer with their 81 sqm (incl. 18 sqm terrace) enough space for relaxing, joint indoor activities and cooking sessions in your own kitchen. For sleeping, 1 bedroom and a sofa bed are available.
‘Am Jakobsgraben’
Our vacation apartments ‘Am Jakobsgraben’ offer on about 115 sqm (incl. 13 sqm terrace) enough space for a family with up to 4 children or a group of up to 6 people. In addition to two comfortable bedrooms, the sofa bed in the living room serves as another sleeping option.

Dear guests,
with reference to the current Corona Ordinance of 15 December 2021, we would like to inform you that upon arrival you must provide proof of complete vaccination coverage, recovery or a negative Covid19 test (not older than 24 hours, with proof of test). For children under 6 years of age as well as for pupils who are regularly tested as part of a compulsory school concept, the above-mentioned proof is not required..

We are “touristically valuable”
For the beautiful country of Brandenburg, Havel-Spitze is a significant expansion of the tourism industry. Already with Havel Cruiser we were able to bring people to our state and to our Brandenburger Neustadt and with Havel-Spitze holiday apartments we are further expanding the tourism business in our area. We are pleased that the state of Brandenburg has therefore rated our new project as “touristically valuable.” However, we are particularly pleased that the Havel is a popular destination with so many holidaymakers and can be admired from comfortable holiday apartments in the future.
